(a) Our Intellectual Property: The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality—including but not limited to all software, code, algorithms, databases, text, displays, images, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof (collectively, the "Soap IP")—are owned by Soap, its licensors, or other providers of such material. The Soap IP is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You are not granted any right, title, or interest in or to the Soap IP.
(b) Trademarks: The Soap name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Soap or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.
4. User-Generated Content
(a) Your Ownership and Responsibility: You retain ownership of and responsibility for the User Content you submit to the Service. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
(b) License Grant to Soap: To operate the Service and achieve its purpose, you grant Soap a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, host, store, cache, reproduce, publish, display, perform, distribute, transmit, modify, adapt, commercialize, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit your User Content in connection with the Service.
